Orders will wait for all items to arrive before shipping. Preorder items may not be ordered alongside in-stock items. By purchasing, you agree that you understand this.

3: Preorders can be cancelled for a FULL refund if your cancellation request is received within 24 hours after being placed. Should you need to cancel your order more than 24 hours after you place it, there will be a 35% cancellation fee. Cancellation requests MUST be emailed to sales@ralphiesfunhouse, be sure to include your order number for FASTEST service. By purchasing, you agree that you understand this non-negotiable fee.

To be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
